The major accomplishment of the past year has been the creation of a webpage for the Roundtable.  The URL for the page is http://wvla.org/roundtables/ref_ill/index.htm

 

The web page contains a membership directory for the Roundtable as well as the names and email addresses of current and immediate-past officers.  It also has:

 

ü      an ALA ILL form that can be filled out electronically or printed and filled out

ü      links to the online catalogs of several major WV libraries

ü      links to the ILLiad lending pages for Fairmont State,  Marshall and WVU

ü      ALA and WV Interlibrary Loan information

 

Ideas suggested at Spring Fling 2005 for future conferences were:

 

ü      Medical and/or legal Internet resources

ü      Using Internet reference sources versus purchasing reference books

ü      Genealogical research on the Internet and at the WVU West Virginia Collection
