The Literacy Roundtable met at Fall Conference in 2004.
Those present: Susan McComas, Susan Hayden, Cherie Davis, Margaret Smith, Cathy Adkins, April Pridemore, Doris McCurdy and Pansy Lucas.
Susan McComas was elected to chair the Literacy Roundtable for this year.
Ideas for projects were discussed.
A proposal for a project was submitted to the WVLA Executive Committee for approval.

$300.00 had been approved for the Literacy Roundtable project.
It was discussed to co-sponsor Ruby Payne Workshop on Poverty and it was agreed to produce a printed informational piece to distribute to all libraries as a literacy guide for library administration and staff.
Throughout the year the Literacy Roundtable members had opportunities to submit ideas for the project.
The project has been submitted for printing in time for Fall Conference.
