November 2004 - At WVLA Conference Celene Seymour elected roundtable chair.
April 2005 - WVLA Spring Fling Roundtable Meeting
Only three librarians attended because many directors were at ACRL
June 17, 2005 - Fundraising Meeting

Recommendations for
2005-2006:
- Coordination with Academic Library Division to produce academic library track for annual conference in 2006
- Work to provide conference attendance and development opportunities for academic library support staff
- Summer 2006 meeting on topic of concern to academic library directors. The following topics have been suggested:
Library's role in institutional and program accreditation
Technology Planning
Partnerships with academic departments outside the library
